I’ll be taking a break over the summer so now might be a good time to catch up. I know not all of you are on Notes so I’ll begin here and then post there to cover the bases.
As usual, interested in receiving any and all feedback, eg:
What would you question/challenge/want to develop in any of the reflections so far?
Have you discovered anything new/notable about Genesis/Story from the reflections?
Which reflection resonated most? Why?
Do you have any insights to share on the topics so far?
Did I miss anything vital?
Which parts of the Bible would you most like to see Scriptourered (not even a verb)?
More broadly, I’d be very interested to know whether the Scriptourer approach to the Bible is making sense. It’s a slightly different tack to the more common poles of straightforward Bible instruction or exploration of psychological archetypes etc.
Thanks again for all your support, especially those who’ve pledged recently. The plan is to keep these reflections free for as long as possible as I consider them part of my call to discipleship.
